Six Month Guarantee
In some instances, we hand out a “Six Month Guarantee” Certificate. This is usually done at the time you invest in our “Gold Plus” and the Options Boot Camp at the same time. If you received that certificate, most of the details are on the certificate. For additional details please read the information below.
If we offered a six month guarantee, you need to follow what is in “How to Get Started and Stay Motivated.” In fact, the consistent way we introduce this concept is to say “If you will do the things that we tell you to do in ‘How to Get Started and Stay Motivated’ and keep track of it, and if you don’t do a deal that makes you at least three times what you paid for the materials, send us the documentation of that fact and we will refund all your money.”
Here, to remind you, is what the “How to Get Started and Stay Motivated” course tells you to do -- call on 10 motivated sellers a week for one month, then 20 then next month, which is 10 new and 10 from former months. Do this every week. Keep track of the numbers you called.
You need to a make two offers a week. A letter of intent will do but you need two full contracts a month as a part of this. Keep copies of the offers.
If you do all this, with the real intent of getting a deal, and ask for help in the first 60 days as is available in our “Quick Start Program” (which is offered at the same time as the Six Month Guarantee) we will either give you personal help for the next six months until you get a deal you can do or give you your money back. You must be able to document your efforts, so save everything.
