How to Send us the Perfect Testimonial

Glad to hear you did a deal based on what you learned from our Boot Camps and/or educational materials! Like I said in the promo, for a great testimonial, we need the following:

1. A photo of you. (A really good one, but it does not need to be done professionally. Just make sure it is big enough to see your face; a jpg file would be super.)
2. A photo of the property. (Before and after is great, but either will do)
3. A written summary of the deal. (How did you find, finance, fix and profit -- most important is to tie in to how you did it based on what you learned from me!)
4. A copy of the check showing the profit. (It would be great to have the closing statement of both the buy and the sell, but the check to you will do.)
5. If you used our option documents, please let us know.
6. Documentation that proves the purchase.
7. Documentation that proves the sale.

I know this sounds like a lot of work, but if you did the deal you should have all of this except for a photo of you in your files. But, the level of work is why we are so generous with you for sending us the testimonial. We will use it in various places. We love to receive all types of testimonials, however, we are especially looking for ones that show how quickly you made money using our materials. We also like to get testimonials about how much money you can make using our techniques. In an ideal world, you did the deal, beginning to end, within 30 days of getting the information. In order to receive the reward, the purchase has to be within 30 days even if it took a total of 60 days to get the check. If we've offered you any incentive for a testimonial the time frame is important. You need to get the deal done in the appropriate time and the transaction has to start after you acquire our materials.

However, any and all testimonials are wonderful, including those about your ability to use our techniques to save money, avoid problems, build a net worth, etc., and all will be rewarded and very much appreciated. We recently lost a suitcase (yes, a suitcase!) full of testimonials and we need to rebuild them. We are also building a list for a video commercial so we need your help! Thanks! BZ
